Pastors Dieter & Diana Tripke are graduates of RHEMA Bible Training Centre in Tulsa Oklahoma. They came to Kelowna in 1988 and sought God on His plans & purposes. In the summer of 1989 home prayer meetings began and by September of that year Victory Life started Sunday morning services.

It is the vision of Pastors Dieter & Diana to preach and demonstrate the uncompromised Word of God, in the power of the Holy Spirit, to Kelowna and the world.
